LoginAdvertising Conditions for Private Sellers
1. Only one (1) vehicle may be featured in each advertisement and the advertisement must be placed in accordance with our then current instructions, templates etc and not in any other manner.
2. The advertising data you supply must be legal, honest and truthful and must not contain indecent or otherwise unacceptable vocabulary. We will compile it in accordance with the British Code of Advertising practice.
3. No advertisement may be placed in respect of a vehicle which the Customer is aware of being lost, stolen or otherwise not the property of the Customer. Vehicles which have been the subject of insurance write offs may only be advertised if this is clearly stated in the advertisement and should only be advertised for parts and not as a roadworthy vehicle. The Customer hereby indemnifies Taymart Ltd. and/or SimplyAllCars® for all and any loss, expense or other cost suffered with regard to such vehicles.
4. Taymart Ltd. and SimplyAllCars® reserve the right to amend any textual or photographic data submitted to comply with these conditions.
5. Neither Taymart Ltd nor SimplyAllCars® are able to verify the truthfulness of any statement including the authenticity of any photographs made or supplied by the Customer in the data submitted for the advertisement. Accordingly the Customer shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by us caused by any photographic inaccuracy or incorrect statement made or supplied by the Customer.
6. If SimplyAllCars® is unable to accept an advertisement for any reason we will advise the Customer by e-mail as soon as possible. We will endeavour to do this before the intended date of publication of the advertisement, but cannot guarantee this. If we reject an advertisement then there will be no contract between us and if the advertisement has already been pre-paid this payment will be refunded to the Customer. If the advertisement has not been paid for we will not attempt to collect payment and there will be no charge to the Customer.
7. To comply with the Technical demands of the site SimplyAllCars® reserves the right to edit, amend, alter or re-size the data or photographs downloaded by the Customer, and if this is required we will advise the Customer by e-mail as soon as possible. We will use our best efforts to do this before the intended date of publication of the advertisement, but cannot guarantee this.
8. The copyright in all advertisements including textual data and photographs will be owned by us. All photographs will be watermarked by us for reasons of copyright and security before they are published on our site.
9. These Conditions do not apply to advertisements other than vehicles for resale and all such other advertisements, material, links or other media must have been approved by the Company by separate contract prior to being downloaded to the site.
10. If despite our continuing policing, maintenance and protection of the site inappropriate or offensive materials are found on the site whether as advertising material, pop-ups or links or in any other format the Customer is requested to inform us of this as soon as possible via the Contact Us facility.
11. By signing the Customer Order you acknowledge, agree to and accept the foregoing Advertising Conditions including the assignation of the copyrights to SimplyAllCars® and/or Taymart Ltd.
